Sephora goes natural with Grassroots

US natural skincare brand Grassroots Research Labs, which made its domestic debut last March at Kohl’s department store, will enter more than 500 doors at LVMH-owned Sephora in Western Europe in March 2009 as part of the perfumery chain’s Cure de Nature spring promotion. The premium brand claims to bring together science with nature in its formulations which are free of parabens and feature a variety of fruit extracts.

The brand’s first two products—Pomegranate Super Anti-Oxidant Cream and Pomegranate Overnight Recovery Serum, both priced €32.50—will launch exclusively at Sephora in Europe, and will be joined by new offerings approximately every six months, Grassroots Research Labs marketing manager Amy Schnitzer tells CosmeticNews.
